There is an ongoing debate as to whether WordPress, Joomla!, or Drupal is the best content management system (CMS). Despite what you might read elsewhere, all three of these applications will operate on Linux or Windows servers. Whether a combination of Apache, PHP, and MySql in a Linux environment or IIS, PHP, and MySql in a Windows environment, in my opinion all three are equally as good—and equally as . . . “challenging.”
